Kangana Ranaut has been lucky about her choice of films and she is bagging accolades from all corners. However the same cannot be said about her fate with co-star. Having worked with Kay Kay Menon in ‘Metro’ and Bobby Deol in ‘Shaka Laka Boom Boom’ she can be seen at ease onscreen after a long time. Once again she’ll be seen on screen with co-actor Bobby Deol after ‘Shaka Laka Boom Boom’. She feels that she is in a comfort zone working with him. In a more straightforward manner she adds, "I can't pretend about this. Bobby is indeed a reliable and helpful co-star. In fact, one of the best things about Shaka Laka Boom Boom was Bobby. He's so sober and dignified, a real contrast to some of the show-offs around.”
Though ‘Shaka Laka Boom Boom’ didn’t work at the box office they are coming together again for a film to be directed by Samir Karnik titled ‘Roshni’. About the film she says, “After doing two dark films in the beginning of my career, at last I have some light. Bobby has already worked with Samir Karnik in Nanhe Jaisalmer, so I feel no fear of the unknown when I've a positive co-star to support me. I love my role in the film and the script. I know the producers Eros Entertainment are going to put in their best efforts to market the movie well, that's why this is the only film I've signed this year.” But Kangana is enjoying a great phase of her career, then why is she being so choosy? "I've no choice but to be choosy. After Gangster and Woh Lamhe, and soon Metro, people want to see me in performing roles. In Roshni, Bobby and I have intense roles. It's an intimate, performance-oriented film. Watch me go with Roshni to international film festivals next year," she says with confidence.
