Your food philosophy
Eat to live. Don’t go crazy in pursuit. I am not a connoisseur. I eat on time. I am not that fussy, I eat whatever is on the table.

Physi’que’l maintenance
By taking part in lots of sporting activity and occasional exercise.

First morsel of the day
Cup of tea early morning followed by a bowl of fruits and cereal. Occasionally I have something more. I rarely skip breakfast.

Lunch composition
Light lunch on the go or at home, tea in the evening with small plate of savouries, light early dinner. All meals are vegetarian. Preferably vegetables, 1 Dal, Dahi, Salad, and wheat bread. But I am low on chilli, spices, oil.

Coping with a system gone wrong
I insist on food breaks at appropriate times.

Binge tales
I had a huge appetite once. That’s history. So all meal times are pretty much in control.

Your all time favourite food
Fruit, cereal, milk, dal, roti, dahi, almost all veggies. So I pretty much eat all my favourite foods everyday!

Your energiser
SLEEP, sleep and more sleep.

A tip for the health conscious
Moderation is the key, not deprivation.

Your favourite hangout for eating.
Any place where the ordering is uncomplicated! Thali meals are ideal - the most stress-free.

The dish to rustle up for a romantic date
I’d do many other things on a romantic date than cook! But if I have to – I’d probably ‘cook’ a salad with bread.
