Tusshar Kapoor recently announced the arrival of his son, Laksshya Kapoor on social media. The actor who is unmarried fathered the newborn through a surrogate using IVF. But he is not the only celebrity who has used an alternative method to have kids.

1. Shahrukh Khan and Gauri Khan

The adorable AbRam Khan, Shahrukh and Gauri’s third child was given birth by a surrogate mother using IVF procedure. The family refused to discuss AbRam’s birth and although there were a few complications initially, AbRam is now a healthy rockstar just like his dad.

2. Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao

Unlike Shahrukh, Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao announced to the media, in the form of a letter, on the arrival of their son – Azad Rao Khan who was born through surrogacy using the IVF technique. In the letter, they thanked the miracle of science.

3. Sushmita Sen

Sushmita Sen didn’t adopt just one, but two children – Renee and Alisah. Being a single parent does not take away the fact that she is a wonderful mom!

4. Mithun Chakraborty

Famous yesteryear star, Mithun Chakraborty adopted a baby girl who he found lying helplessly in a garbage bin. He named her Dishani Chakraborty.

5. Sohail Khan and Seema Khan

It is believed that when Sohail Khan and Seema Khan wanted a second child – Yohan Khan they opted for IVF procedure. The couple still never cleared the air themselves and don’t divulge details on their experience with this procedure.
