BTS singer Jimin turns muse for a gorgeous painting by Korean illustrator Lee K ahead of Mochi's birthday
BTS member Jimin will celebrate his birthday next week. Ahead of his birthday, Korean illustrator Lee K took to Instagram to show how he's marked the singer's birthday.
BTS singer Jimin celebrates his birthday on October 13. On the occasion of his birthday, his fans and admirers are crossing leaps and bounds to make it a memorable affair. A few days ago, we reported BTS' Indonesian stans are working towards planting and maintaining a mangrove in the honour of Mochi. Now, it is revealed that a Korean illustrator has turned towards ChimChim for inspiration and turned his gorgeous face into a breathtaking painting to mark his birthday this year.
Korean artist Lee K took to Instagram and shared the stunning masterpiece. While we couldn't stop admiring the beautiful piece, the artist also shared a closer look at the canvas to see the detailing. He also revealed that the painting was an Oil on canvas created on a 1200x900mm canvas. He shared the photos of his painting with the caption, "Congrats #Jimtober". This isn't the first time Mochi turned muse for the artist. AllKPop reported that Lee participated in a workshop at Benjamin Eck Gallery in Munich, Germany, where he presented his Jimin portrait. He has also worked on several projects inspired by ChimChim that have been exhibited in various other locations.
As for Jimin, the singer will join his fellow BTS members for MAP OF THE SOUL ON:E. The event will take place this weekend, October 10 and 11.
