The Akshay Kumar starrer Jolly LLB 2 released yesterday and has kicked off to a decent start. The film grossed INR 12 crore on its first day.
Akshay is teaming up with Annu Kapoor and Saurabh Shukla in the film which offers a concoction of laughter and drama. What worked for the film was its business in East Punjab and Delhi city where it took an opening day on par with SRK's Raees.
A good growth is expected on Saturday and Sunday from the Akshay starrer, which will help the film to maintain a strong hold at the box-office in upcoming days.
2016 has been a great year for Akshay where his films Airlift, Rustom and Housefull 3 have performed well at the box office. With the next big film, Rangoon slated to release on February 24, 2017, Jolly LLB 2 has enough time to shine at the ticket window!
