Box Office Report: Fan Records Massive Opening on Day 1
Shah Rukh Khan’s Fan was among the most awaited movie of the year. And, rightly so! The movie is a must watch and SRK’s performance is exceptional.
The first day collections of Fan are out and the movie has garnered around 20.50 Cr on first day. It seems like SRK’s gamble has paid off as Fan is expected to break all box office records pretty soon. With such a positive word of mouth, we aren’t surprised.
Fan stars SRK in a double role of a superstar and his fan. It is commendable for an actor to pick up a role which could easily tarnish his image. Kudos to SRK!
The movie is directed by Maneesh Sharma of Band Baaja Baraat fame and is produced by Yash Raj Films. Let’s wait and see if Fan breaks any records over the weekend. At the speed at which the collections are rising, we are sure it will!
