Box Office Report: ‘Hero’ rakes in Rs 3 cr on Monday; ‘Welcome Back’ collects Rs 86.50 cr so far

The first Monday collection of ‘Hero’ and second week report of ‘Welcome Back’ is out. Athiya Shetty –Sooraj Pancholi starrer ‘Hero’ faced a huge drop at the box office as the film managed to collect only Rs. 3 cr. ‘Welcome Back’ collected Rs 1.75 cr on Monday and with that the film’s total collection now stands at Rs 86.50 cr.

Nikhil Advani’s ‘Hero’ has collected Rs. 23.75 crore in four days. Box Office India reported that the drop was less than 50% in places like Rajasthan, CI, CP Berar and Bihar. Keeping a tab on the first four days business in the second week for Welcome Back we found – Friday – Rs 2.50 cr, Saturday – Rs 4.25 cr, Sunday – Rs 5 cr, Monday – 1.75 cr. The film has done better business during the weekend than the weekdays.
