Box Office Report: ‘All Is Well’ collects more than ‘Manjhi’ in five days
On day 5, Umesh Shukla’s family entertainer – ‘All is Well’ did more business than Ketan Mehta’s film based on true story – ‘Manjhi – The Mountain Man’.
While ‘All Is Well’ collected Rs 10.95 cr (Friday 2.35, Saturday 3 cr, Sunday 3.5 cr, Monday 1.1 cr, Tuesday 1 cr), ‘Manjhi’ made a total collection of Rs 7.40 cr (Friday 1.2 cr, Saturday 2 cr, Sunday 2.25 cr, Monday 85 lakh, Tuesday 85 lakh)
Both the films are doing average business at the box office. ‘Manjhi’ was also released on less than half the screens of All Is Well. Manjhi stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Radhika Apte and ‘All is Well’ stars Abhishek Bachchan, Asin, Supriya Pathak and Rishi Kapoor.’
With Kabir Khan’s ‘Phantom’ releasing on August 28, seems like ‘All is Well’ and ‘Manjhi’ may not make much business.
