SM Entertainment's rookie girl-group Aespa made waves amongst fans, even before they debuted. Known for their supreme visuals and stunning vocals; the girls are touted to be the next girl group to watch out for. This marks their first official release since they debuted on November 17 of last year with the lead single Black Mamba. According to Newsen via Soompi, Aespa has announced their plans of releasing an official remake of Yoo Young Jin's 2000 hit song Forever on the February 5 (9.30 pm IST). The song is a cozy ballad, with an acoustic guitar sound and lyrics that hold a promise of forever and togetherness and will warm your heart this winter. The song was first performed by SM Entertainment's seasoned artist Yoo Young Jin as part of his holiday album Winter Vacation in SMTOWN.com, almost two decades back. The veteran singer is said to have personally rearranged the song to suit the girl group's image. It is a far cry from the sexy and sensuous vibe of their debut single Black Mamba and presents a different avatar of the group to the fans.
