If sparkle’s missing in your outfit, your nails are the next best place to load some glamour. But, we often steer away from glitter nail polishes due to the hard-work that goes into removing it! With endless cotton pads, tons of acetone- you still end up with hideous “yellow nails”. To add to the misery, glitter just doesn’t seem enough sometimes and applying multiple coats can make your nails look heavy.Thankfully, we have a solution! Read on to know how to nail glitter nails (pun intended) for your next party.
Youtube is the ultimate guide for all hacks and we gained our nail knowledge from YouTuber Kelli Marissa. This game-changing tutorial will make you want to treat yourself to a glitter-pedi asap!

So, without further ado:
1. Get started by removing any previous nail polish and feel free to moisturize your hands after. Add a layer of a good base coat, we suggest OPI’s Natural Base Coat
2.Paint the skin around your nail with Glue/ fevicol to prevent nail polish from getting applied on your skin.
3.Now, *drumroll please* : Take out your old/cheap beauty blender (beauty sponge). (Yes, the hack involves applying nail polish with a beauty blender! )
4.Dab your glitter polish on the sponge to whatever saturation you want the glitter to be and dab it on your nails.
5.For the unreachable edges, use the corners of the beauty sponge for that perfect look!
6.Top it off with a top coat, we suggest the Maybelline Crystal Clear Top Coat.

This hack works because the sponge absorbs the liquid base leaving the glitter to concentrate, giving you a fuller glitter look.
Once you’ve flaunted your glitter nails and want to try something else, don’t dread the removal process, we’ve got you covered there!
1.Cute Polish on YouTube had this amazing revelation wherein:
2.She took a cotton ball soaked in nail polish remover and wrapped it around her nail.
3.She then took a square piece of silver foil, which she wrapped to secure the cotton on the nail.
4.She then suggests to wait for 10 minutes with this foil on all your fingers, we suggest 7-8 minutes and also suggest a good cosmetic acetone like this 5.Colorbar Nail polish remover and not a cheap one.
6.After which, *revelation* when you remove the cotton, all of the glitter nail paint has been pulled away from your nails to the cotton.
